Attendance

CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE is mandatory if you wish to hold your spot on the Drill Team!
-Squad leaders will take attendance of squad every morning
-3 unexcused absences results in dismissal of team
-Tardies will be tracked and will accounted for when making cutoffs
-If tardies are consistent/consecutive, it will result in dismissal of team
-All late arrivals must be informed to the squad leader

Improving Drill

To improve our battalion’s drill team we will:
-Fall in as a platoon rather than individual squads
-Introduce the stomp and whip tactic
-Separate secondary commands at “column twos the right”
-Drill commander spacing from the platoon
-Stomping at “quick time” after “double-time march”
-Squads on the outside of the platoon time columns
-Squad leaders take charge of their squads
-Consistent attendance
