800 Meter Relay Race (the 800 Meter Relay Race consists of 2 males and 2 females, each of the cadet will run 200 meters were at the end of their run will be another team cadet ready to run once the cadet has passed the baton and the fastest team to cross the finish line first wins)
Litter Carry
Litter Carry ( the Litter Carry consist with a team of 2 male and 2 female cadets, Each team will carry a 100 LB bag of sand on the cargo for 25 meters around a cone and another 25 meters back without dropping the cargo, the fastest team to finish wins)
Tug Of War
Tug Of War ( the Tug of war consists of a team of 2 males and 2 females, Team must work with strength, together they will have to pull the opposing team across a neutral line Last standing team wins (elimination-style competition)
Shuttle Run
Shuttle Run ( the Shuttle Run consists of a team of 2 males and 2 females, each cadet will run 25 meters, pick up a block, run 25 meters back, pick up another block, and run through the finish line as fast as possible. The Fastest team wins)
Push Up Competition
Push Up Competition ( the Push-up competition consists of a team of 2 males and 2 females, with hard work and training each cadet will have 120 seconds to complete as many correct push-ups as they possibly can, Cadets will be graded according to quality of push-ups according to regulations on OPORD. The team with the most push-ups wins)
4 Legged Tie Race
4 Legged Tie Race ( the four legged race consist of a team of 2 males and 2 females cadets, Four cadets will be tied together at their ankles, Two cadets on either end will have a single free leg were together the work hard to learn to be insinked with one another, Fastest group of cadets to run and cross the finish line with correctly-tied ankles wins)
Standing Long Jump
Standing Long Jump ( the Standing Long Jump consists of 2 males and 2 females cadets Each cadet in a team will get two chances to jump, Each cadet will have 5 seconds to jump as far forward as they possibly can. The team with the largest distance jumped wins)
Curl Up Competition
Curl Up Competition ( the curl up competition consists of a team of 2 males and 2 females, as fast as they can and correctly they will have exactly 120 seconds to complete as many curl up as they can. Cadets will be graded by quality of curl up according to regulations on OPORD, with the cadet with the most correct curls wins)
